INTRODUCTION

The trailed Kubota WR1600C, High-Speed Duo Wrap, is ideal for users that wrap a large numbers of bales, but still prefer the simplicity of the turntable wrapping system. It is designed for high output operation even in rough or hilly conditions. The Kubota WR1600 offers a rugged design and is capable of handling two bales at a time up to 2,650 lbs (1,200kg).

Features

High-Speed Duo-Wrap
Change of film rolls is quick and easy with Kubota prestretchers. The empty core is released by pushing down a single lever and the new roll installed by returning the handle to position and locking it in place.
Hydraulic Film Cutter
Simple hydraulic film cut and hold device is fully automatic: no action from the opperator is required. Easy change and adjustment of the knife ensuring the consistent cut & holding even in wet conditions. They arive set up with 70% pre stretch capable with 50% and 60% kits avaiable.
High Stability Turntable
The Turntable with two driven rollers is designed for high bale stability and smooth opperation. This ensures consistent bale rotation even in difficult of conditions and side hills.
Gentle Unloading
Wide spaced wheels allow for an exceptionally low turntable height. This provides gentle handling of wrapped bales reducing the chance of film damage and bale soilange.
High Weight Capacity
The Kubota WR1600 offers a rugged design and is capable of handling bales up to 2,650 lbs (1,200kg). While wrapping one bale on the turntable another can be picked up an carried while on the go!
Focus 3 Monitor
Computer control (WR1100C, WR1400C & WR1600C) – Focus 3 Monitor. Fully automated wrapping cycle possible. Electronic joystick with fingertip control.
Automatic Wrap Sequencing
The Kubota WR1600 is available with Semi-automatic joystick control or fully automatic computer controls. The will wrapping sequence can be actuated by simply depressing the top joystick button in auto mode.
Multiple Bale Carrying
The WR1600's strong design allows a second bale to be carried on the loading arm, whilst the first is being wrapped. This significantly increases efficiency and capacity. The low profile turntable and widely spaced wheels add extra infield stability.
